The most popular colours continue to be black and skin, however there are seasonal colours and styles available. Most styles are made from a combination of materials, often a combination of some or all of nylon, cotton, elastane, polyester. 100% cotton is still available for women who prefer cotton. Mircofibre is the new cotton and many who can’t wear nylon or polyester can wear microfibre. A lovely light fabric, microfibre has all the benefits of cotton with the addition of good elasticity, antibacterial and it wicks heat and perspiration away from the body. It also washes and dries very easily.

Briefs

The range of styles in briefs continues to increase - full brief, mini brief, Hikini, hipster, g-string, tanga, boyleg, boxers and french knicker. Then there is the range of fabrics - cotton, silk, satin, polyester, nylon, lycra, elastane, polyamid, viscose, microfibre and many combinations of these and other materials are available. Features include options such as no VPL (Visible Panty Line) and support briefs, from mild to ultra support.

Afterwear and Sleepwear

There is plenty to mix and match in afterwear and sleepwear. Boxers and Cami’s, chemise and briefs, PJs, nighties and robes – many are suitable for lounging in and some can even be worn as outerwear. Fabrics include cotton, brushed cotton, microfibre and exciting new fabrics such as modal, bamboo and Egyptian cotton. Styles vary from barely there to floor length.

ShapeWear and Supportwear

Support panties now come with extra high waists to eliminate roll-over and leg lines range from high, to lace edge, to boyleg to covering the thigh and right down to the knee. Hosiery

The new fashion accessory item is hosiery. UnderStatement have exciting new styles and colours in socks, pantyhose, stockings and tights (including footless tights) and leg warmers, from local manufacturer Columbine plus a large range of funky European styles from the likes of Levante and Ambra.

Thermalwear

UnderStatement stock thermalwear from Essence and Em Jay – full sleeve, short sleeve and singlet tops plus short and long leg pants.

Swimwear

UnderStatement stocks Jantzen and Poolproof swimwear. We can order in swimwear with cup sizes, including for the fuller figure and the larger bust from Anita, Freya and Fantasie swimwear ranges.
